These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Practical AT (A division of Practical Accounting & Tax LLC)(“Practical AT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website provides information about our marketing and automation services, including paid advertising management, cold email outreach, and AI & CRM integrations. The site is informational: any services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written agreement between Practical AT and that client, not by these Terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or deceptive content;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site by automated means without our prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or the booking tools embedded in it.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Booking and Third-Party Tools

The site includes an embedded scheduling tool that lets you book a call with us. That tool is operated through a third-party platform, and information you submit through it is also handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side — it is simply a conversation.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency’s control — your market, your offer, your sales process, ad platform behavior, and more. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of leads, revenue, return on ad spend, or any other specific result. Statements about past or expected performance are illustrative, not a commitment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
